Hosted by Jane Barrett, the conversations aim to shine a light on the challenges of leadership, as well as inspire a new wave of business leaders who want to make a positive difference.
From social housing, healthcare and organisations involved in the energy transition we talk to leaders in the field as well as authors and academics who study this subject. In each episode we talk to a different guest about their journey so far and what they’ve learned about leading with impact.

Meet the host
Jane Barrett founder of Career Farm and a qualified executive coach for-purpose leaders. She’s a speaker, author, podcast host, and creator of the online course Career Maximiser, which has been used by over 20,000 MBA’s, Masters and alumni.
For more than 20 years, Jane has successfully developed the careers of high-calibre talent at the UK and Europe’s top business schools, including INSEAD, HEC, WHU Kellogg, London Business School, Saïd (Oxford) and Judge (Cambridge).
She’s now combined her unique network and skills to work with for-purpose companies develop amazing leaders and employees to scale their impact.
Author of the 2017 book Taking Charge of Your Career, she speaks at events and lectures at top business schools around the UK and Europe.
Jane lives in Harrogate, Yorkshire, where she enjoys getting out into nature, walking her dog Milo, and working for the job club she set up to help Ukrainian refugees find employment.
